Students who want to participate in a faculty-led program through the Office of International Education and National Student Exchange are required to pay a non-refundable deposit of $500.


Payment can be made by electronic debit from a bank account (ACH), or by credit card.

  • Electronic debit from a bank account (using your bank routing number and your checking or savings account number) is free.
  • Domestic credit card transactions are assessed a non-refundable service charge of 2.75%.
  • International payment fees are determined by the method of payment and originating country. Applicable service fees will be shown prior to checkout.

Please allow 24-48 hours for your deposit to appear on your e-Campus Account Summary.

IMPORTANT: Please review your payment information carefully before submitting your deposit! Deposits that are returned due to insufficient funds or the use of invalid account information will be subject to a $20 returned payment fee per occurrence.
